Buy tickets online in advance, or on-site at IMBA. For the smoothest entry we recommend booking online, especially for peak times and weekends.
What are IMBA’s operating hours?
IMBA is open from 9am - 9pm, from Mondays to Sundays.
What time should I arrive for my ticket?
Please follow your chosen time, but you will not be turned away if you arrive early or late, as our exhibits are not restricted by timeslot.
Is entry subject to capacity?
To ensure a comfortable experience, entry may be managed during peak periods.
Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are available online at tickets.imbaglobal.com and is also available on-site, subject to availability.
What is an open-dated ticket?
An open-dated ticket does not require you to select a visit date at purchase. Once IMBA opens, you may visit during operating hours.
Do I need to reserve a time slot?
No. Open-dated tickets do not require timed reservations.
Can I visit multiple experiences in one day?
Yes, many guests choose to experience multiple shows in one visit. Please plan enough time to enjoy all our experiences at your own pace.
What happens after I purchase a ticket?
You’ll receive a confirmation email and your e-ticket. Please keep it handy for entry and updates.
Can I take photos or videos?
Photography and videography is recommended. Please document your experience and share it with us on Instagram @be.imba so we can be a part of it too!
Is there a dress code?
No formal dress code. We recommend comfortable attire and footwear for moving through the experience, and to bring a jacket in case it gets cold.
Can I bring food and drinks inside?
Food and drinks are not permitted inside experience areas.
Is IMBA wheelchair accessible?
IMBA is designed to be accessible. We’ll publish full accessibility information (including accessible routes and facilities) closer to opening.
Can I bring a stroller?
Yes, IMBA is family-friendly. During peak periods, stroller access may be managed for comfort and safety.

Where is IMBA located, and how do I get there?
IMBA is located within Gardens by the Bay, a short and pleasant walk from Bayfront Plaza — the main arrival and activity hub of the Gardens.
On foot (recommended)
IMBA is approximately an 8-minute walk from Bayfront Plaza. The route is fully within Gardens by the Bay and is mostly flat and well-signposted. Walking allows you to take in the Gardens as you approach IMBA, and is the easiest way to find us if it’s your first visit.
Arriving by MRT
Take the MRT to Bayfront MRT Station. From there:
Follow the signs to Bayfront Plaza (this is directly above the station).
Once at Bayfront Plaza, follow directional signage within the Gardens towards IMBA.
Allow about 8 minutes on foot from Bayfront Plaza to reach IMBA.
